Get to know my precise teaching and meticulously crafted sequences in a group class.
All classes are designed to reduce stress by working with the breath and finding your own edge. You will be asked to notice, feel and observe how your body responds to the movement. Expect to work at your edge where the breath is easy and the postures develop an easful or light quality.
By staying in postures which are initially uncomfortable, you will practice managing your body’s response to stressful events in every class. Over time, your response to stressful events beyond the yoga mat will change. This is where the magic happens.
The weekly classes are available on a drop in basis. This means, you only pay for the classes you attend. There is no need to book and your payment is taken before class.
